1. General regulations

  • Internet Shop provides services of selling handmade goods within the EU and globally.
  • These Rules of our online store are applicable to all of the goods presented on our site, unless otherwise stated.
  • The administration of the online shop reserves the right to add, modify, renew or remove these rules without prior notification.
  • Using the services of website “Zeepmaken.be” the buyer accepts the shop regulations described in this section.
  • All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Conditions apply, including these Conditions, are exclusively governed by Belgium law.

2. Price

All prices which are presented on the website are indicated in euro currency, including VAT. The shipping cost is not included in the cost of goods. The cost and conditions of delivery are specified in the section “Delivery”. Any additional costs that are related to the processing and transportation of the order, which are not covered in the section “Delivery” are available on request and will be discussed with the Buyer in advance before making payment.

3. Ordering items, which are not presented in the catalogue or the store “Zeepmaken.be”

It is possible to order items, which are not represented in the catalogue. Please kindly contact us and we will make every effort to satisfy your requirements and to meet or exceed your expectations.

4. Exchange & return

At “Zeepmaken.be” it is important that you are satisfied with the service and happy with the products. Due to the nature of the products we produce and sell, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days. Returns are only accepted in the case if the packaging of the product is undamaged and the plastic seal on the packaging has not been broken, whereby the costs for shipments are also at your expense.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information will be kept confidential. Any personal information shared by the Buyer with the store, will be used only for the purpose of the order. The Shop does not give out any personal information to the third parties.

6. Force majeure circumstances (force majeure)

The Shop does not guarantee the completion of the order for the Buyer in case of ‘force majeure’ circumstances or circumstances which are not dependant on the Shop. In this case, if the payment for the order has already been made, the store will refund the full amount of money for this order in the shortest possible period of 3 (three) business days.

7. Timing

Completed orders should be paid within five (5) business days. After 5 days have passed, unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled. Paid orders will be sent by Belgian post or the transport company DPD in the shortest time (Order before 15 am and we will ship your order the same day!) The shipment usually takes 1- 2 business days unless otherwise noted in the description.  If you need your order sooner, please kindly contact me and I will prioritise your order if possible.

8. Complaints and Liability

You have the obligation to examine whether the products comply with the agreement upon delivery. If this is not the case, you must inform the seller of this by writing as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours after delivery. If it is shown that the products do not comply with the agreement, the seller has the choice to replace the products concerned with new products against their return or to refund the invoice value thereof. Although we try to advise and inform you as best as possible about the products and their use, we do not bear any responsibility for: incorrect use and/or injury, damage, side effects or allergic reactions resulting from the use of the products.
