Delivery
At our store, you will only find the best products, carefully selected by our soap maker with 20 years of experience. We guarantee the highest quality and are confident that you will be satisfied with our products.
We process your order within 2-3 hours of receiving payment and ship it out immediately. If the order is placed before 12:00 pm, we will even ship it the same day! Please note that delivery within Belgium takes 1-2 days, while for other countries it takes 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If your order is urgent, we recommend contacting us directly.
We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible by working with different delivery services, such as DPD, BPost, PostNL, and sometimes even delivering ourselves! The shipping costs are automatically calculated when placing your order.
For orders over €75 within Belgium and €150 in the rest of the Netherlands, delivery is FREE. Shipping costs for wholesale orders from other countries are discussed separately.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email to monitor your order.
Note: In some cases, it may take a few hours for the tracking information to become available.
