We are delighted that you have chosen our products. At ArinkaSoap, we strive to craft each product with love and attention to detail as accurately as possible. Our items are carefully produced, and we aim to process your order within 3-5 hours of receiving the payment.
Place your order before 12:00, and we will dispatch it the same day! Please note that personalized items or items yet to be made have a processing time of 2-5 business days, depending on the quantity.
Delivery services do their best to get your order to you quickly, with a delivery of 1-2 days within Belgium and 3-5 business days for other countries, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
At ArinkaSoap, we understand that you are eager to receive your order as soon as possible. Feel free to contact us if your order is urgent; we are ready to assist you!
To keep shipping costs as low as possible, we collaborate with various delivery services such as DPD, BPost, PostNL, and sometimes even deliver personally! Shipping costs are automatically calculated when placing your order. If you live near Bekkevoort, we can arrange for you to pick up your package at our studio. Let us know!
Orders over €75 in Belgium and over €150 in the Netherlands, France, and Germany qualify for free delivery. For shipping costs on wholesale orders from other countries, we are happy to make separate arrangements.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email, so you can track your order. Please note that in some cases, it may take a few hours for the tracking information to be available.
